This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway. No shows will forfeit any monies put down. After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Very nice
It was nice but a little steep for parking. But that was my fault for not double checking because I had broken my ankle a year ago and still a kluts. Hey had a great time will rent again from Aunt Bug's.

Nice to get away.We did not like the very tight parking space for 2 vehicles and the downstairs bed squeaked badly every time you moved on it.Living area TV needed to be bigger.
not all we hoped for
cabin was great the parking not so great will pick somewhere else next year. Love king beds but it might be better to just use a headboard so a person can get around them easier.
Cabin needs windows inside & out cleaned
Cabin in nice location with a front view. BBQ was right behind where you parked your car and that is a steep hill....inside cabin windows showed a lot of cobwebs thick ones on the first window you see walking in the door and also the first one you see walking out of the master bedroom upstairs. Some of the light fixtures had webs as well.The throw pillows on couch looked like a cat had clawed both of them and looked old.The first floor bed was hard.The hot tub room was too creepy, it was poorly lit and all corners had spiderwebs. We did not even attempt to try the hot tub because as my wife said it was too creepy to even go into that room.Both deck patios the furniture needs replacing it's worn and old. One chair was loose and moved when u sat in it.Your view to the left off decks is the resort dumpster.Under amenities it says there is a jetted jetted tub.The regular tub the plug needs worked on as it wouldn't hold water.The cabin needs maintenance attention with cleaning the windows and spiderwebs and a few minor replacements inside...The view would be a lot nicer with clean windows throughout whole cabin..Upstairs blinds on doors to patio turned blinds to close them one night and a weird green slime came out from the top wasn't sure if it was silicone or an actual worm...just weird...It was a nice location with a front view only but we didn't sit outside due to the wasps nests and we reported that but never got a reply from maintenance while there..did find wasp spray underneath kitchen sink and did it ourselves...It needs a lot better cleaning crew and updated patio furnitureBathroom tub fixed and first floor bed was hard...Not sure I would recommend it to others or stay there again...unless maintenance and cleaning crews improved.
