This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway. No shows will forfeit any monies put down. After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

A Starry week

The Starry nights cabin is beautifully decorated. Lots of games and beautiful views from the decks. Just wished it had better parking its uphill driveway, was a little hard to get out of the car. But that didn't stop our comfortable stay and the great nights enjoying the stars from the decks.

STARRY NIGHTS CABIN

I gave 3 stars for the first 2 questions because we had a tripped breaker in the downstairs bedroom when we first arrived and had no lights. Although we didn't have to wait for the maintenance man to come to fix it, it was still inconvenient. Then, upon arrival back at the cabin, had no AC. That was fixed the next day and from then on had no problems. The cabin was very clean and very convenient to town. The kids loved the PACMAN video game they have there.

The cabin was nice, but not as nice as the others we have stayed in. We had a few issues with dryer, A/C and insects. The maintenance guy fixed the A/C but the dryer was never fixed. The cabin rental company offered to send a pest control company, but with a small child in the cabin we told them not to spray untill we left. Also the parking is small and on a very steep incline that makes it difficult to get in and out of the car.

The dishes were dirty, they had eggs stuck on the spatulas and their was garbage laying behind a table and lamp, the lighting above the hot tub didn't work and we found three roaches

THE TREEHOUSE #1708

Don't be fooled by cabin photos! We rented The Tree House. The drive getting there was interesting, like nothing I have ever seen sharp curves and blind drops so be prepared! It was raining and our tires were sliding. As for the cabin the cleanliness was terrible. The lack of care and cleanliness is disturbing for what you pay for these cabins.

NOT A PRETTY VIEW LIKE THEY SAID.DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY.ALL YOU WILL SEE IS A DUMPSTER WITH TRASH ALL OVER. FIRE PLACE NOT WORKING. ONCE PAYMENT IS SUBMITTED THEY WONT HELP.
