This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway. No shows will forfeit any monies put down. After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Cozy

It was relaxing and romantic with my husband. The cabin was just the right size. I loved all the finishing touches that made you feel like you were on a mountain vacation. One negative, I didnt get to go in the hot tub, because it looked like it wasnt emptied for a while. Im sure if I would have asked they would have emptied and cleaned it for me. The cabin is in a good location. Not to far from all the action.

A Trip To Remember!

We enjoyed our stay, cabin is very nice and clean. We have twins with epilepsy, and need easy access roads in the event of a seizure, so location was great! We had a few issues. First, it the description it lists this cabin as having a jacuzzi tub. We were there 4 nights, if it's there, they hid it from us. This was important for us, as our boys also have autism, and really enjoy bathing. The second thing is the upstairs had no electricity our first night. I called, and my husband has to go flip the breaker. This happened several times throughout our stay. No big deal, unless it happens in the dark. we still had a great time!!!! We got to see bears right from our cabin deck, with some amazing video!!!!

Perfect Mountain Retreat

Beautiful, clean cabin with every amenity. The upstairs gets a little warm (no a/c vents on 2nd leavel) but if you turn on the fan and crank up the a/c downstairs it's comfortable to sleep.

Home Away From Home

This cabin was perfect for our family. The kids loved the game room loft area and walking distance to the pool. We did find it difficult to get around the king beds in a small bedroom and had no batteries for a few tv's remotes but as a whole we were pleased. The only bad thing is being by the dumpsters for all of the other cabins!!! Too much noise !!

Starry night cabin stay

The cabin itself was as nice as any other in the same price range. We were looking for something close to town due to having kids who want to spend time paying and shopping. With the exception of being close to the dumpsters and road this could pass a problem for late sleepers. Dump trucks early morning. All this said we are early birds so it wasn't an issue.
