We really enjoy our stay, every things was as represented. The beds were comfortable, over all every thing was excellent.

This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway. No shows will forfeit any monies put down. After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

My Fall Foliage Vacation
Aunt Bugs will bend over backwards to find a rental for you! The place was very clean, but needs some updating. Den furniture needs to be replaced
A few issues but would stay again and recommend!
We really enjoyed our cabin. The location was perfect and quiet but views blocked by trees. The steep parking was dreadful. We did have a few cleaning issues. Used mugs sitting in living room. Sticky silverware. Used paper towel and chip crumbs next to sofa. Carpets not vacuumed. Complained about dirt in 1st floor tub which turned out to be bugs eating through the wood. Did not use hot tub due to the huge webs around it. So sad. Small leak under kitchen sink from red line causing dampness and mold. This and tub issue will worsen if not handled soon. Even with all that, WE LOVED THE CABIN! It was tastefully appointed and comfortable. My family didn't want to leave. We would still highly recommend this cabin and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Dumpsters are located near this cabin and the truck comes EARLY (like 5 AM) and it disturbed us 3 out of 4 mornings
