Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation.
If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Vacation For The Whole Family
Great cabin! Very comfortable. We enjoyed quality time with the family. Only scary thing was the path going up to the cabin. We prayed every time going up and down that another car wasn’t going the opposite direction, because the lane was not wide enough for 2 cars. Other then that, well worth it!

Fantastic Experience
I am very happy that I decided to stay at the Elks Resort. It was a dream of mine to stay in a cabin and the experience was past my expectations. It was gorgeous on top of sitting on the balcony watching the sunset and rise over the mountain. I made the trip a family vacation so we all enjoyed it together. Besides having the family and cookouts, we also enjoyed walking and shopping the strip of Gatlinburg. I would highly recommend others to stay in the cabins.

Great Experience!
We took an adults trip recently and had so much fun!! This cabin is beautiful and really utilizes all the space by keeping the bedrooms tucked back and easy access to bathrooms with plenty of living space!! It’s a super close and easy drive to both downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I will definitely be using this company again with the great customer service I received! The original dates got cancelled due to COVID-19 and they were super easy and fast and giving me a voucher and helping me rebook the place for a different time!!! The customer service even sent me numerous other cabins to accommodate our large group of this one wasn’t available that weekend. :)

Amazing!
The cabin was absolutely amazing. The view was great, and the cabin was spacious! The worst part was having to drive up and down the road to get there, but overall it’s great!

Big Bear Lodge
The cabin was perfect. We had a pretty big group and it was more than enough space for everybody. The property was located only about 15 minutes from town so that was also a plus. The only problem we had were 2 uninvited guests. We had 2 stray cats that would not go away,we couldnt enjoy the outside grill and deck ike we really wanted to because they were always there. Other than the cats our stay was more than we asked for. Can't wait to come back.
