Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation.
If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Stay
Was a great place to stay. We started off going to have about 32 people. It dropped down to about 22. Would have had plenty of room for the 32. The cabin was great looking. Had plenty of room on the inside. Had plenty of stuff for the kids to play around with. Everything was clean. The staff was very helpful. We just very much like to thank the ones that are in charge of this because they made our stay great.

Ladies Mountain Retreat
We booked the cabin for a ladies weekend retreat. Location was about 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 25 minutes from Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean but needs more furniture. We enjoyed the hot tub and the mountain scenery.

Great Family Reunion Cabin
Having rented Big Bear Lodge sight unseen, we were a little nervous if it would accommodate 32 family members comfortably. IT WAS FANTASTIC! We all loved our 4-day stay and it made our Family Reunion perfect! We will be renting it for our next Family Reunion too!

Big Bear Lodge
Big Bear Lodge accommodated our group very well! We did have issues with the hot tub, and water heater. Maintenance was very prompt to show up to fix them. They were professional and great to work with.

Family Trip !
It was awesome!! We had 27 family members . The house was great everybody was doing there own thing . Love the way it’s space out . We will definitely be coming back .
