Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Relaxing Time
Although the cabin is close to the road the creek flowing in front makes it not matter. Love the sound of the running stream. Was very relaxing. Plenty of wood available but we brought our own ax to cut it smaller.
Little Family Retreat
The cabin was nice and well taken care of. The bridge over the creek was a big hit with my toddler and he loved watching the water. We brought two dogs with us and they settled right into the house and had plenty to explore around the cabin. Although the cabin is close to the road, the trees and creek still gave us the feel of privacy and the outdoors. The drive up to the cabin was scenic and provided wonderful views. Nice place to be even in the winter!
Good Location, Cozy Cabin
We stayed here on a whim in January of 2022. We loved the cabin location - it's more accessible than a lot of other cabins because the driveway is flat. Very close to downtown Gatlinburg as well as the National Park.
The road noise is a little loud, so if you're a light sleeper that might be something to note.
Hot tub was great, the property amenities were great. The only bummer is the upstairs shower doesn't have much water pressure.
We liked this property and enjoyed our stay, overall.
