Nice Cabin
We enjoyed this cabin & loved the wood burning fireplace! It doesn’t have a great view & you hear all of the road traffic. But, overall the cabin is nice & the beds sleep good.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Bear Creek
Another great vacation rental from Elk Springs. The property was very clean and nicely appointed with updated, basic dinnerware and cooking utensils. The showers are newly tiled.
If you have dogs that need more than a quick visit outdoors to do their business, I would try another location. This property, as advertised, is right along a road that has significant traffic. Walking dogs alongside this road isn't a safe option. Other than that, it's a great property to rest your head after a long day of exploring the Smoky Mountains.

Secluded Getaway
We had a nice and relaxation getaway and we’re visited by a bear which made it memorable.....
Wonderful Week At Bear Creek
Our week at Bear Creek was full of cherished memories to say the least. We got married on the deck at the cabin on 4/27 with Pastor Jody Secaur and his wife....along with our big ole baby girl Bailey (Mastiff). We are so thankful Elk Springs approved her stay, seeing that she is well over the weight limit...LOL!! Bear Creek was so cozy and comfortable, we will definitely return. Having the creek right out front was an extra special added bonus. Bailey couldn't drink enough mountain water and we couldn't have slept any better listening to that wonderful flowing sound of the water. Thanks again Elk Springs for a wonderful week!!!

Excellent
This is our second stay and we brought pets this time for spring break. The stay was fantastic. Great customer service when we had to call and very relaxing. We will return in October for my birthday
