The unit was beautiful from the moment we walked in. It was very well decorated and clean. The condo had everything we needed: comfy beds, well appointed furnishings and the view!!! The on-site staff was very attentive and helpful when needed. The location was great, just a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg and the trails. I would highly recommend Highlands of the Smokies!

The condo was beautiful. The views were spectacular! We ate breakfast in every morning. The kitchen was well appointed with high end appliances. We were able to visit with each other in a comfortable setting.

Gorgeous luxury, modern condo with amazing views. Waking up to the Mountain View and falling asleep to the city lights was a real delight. Perfect location to all attractions. Stayed here for a multigenerational family vacation and every family booked their own unit. This allowed a central space to meet up, enjoy the pool, and hangout by the electric bonfire together while having your own private space. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and one of the perks was having a dining table (the 2 bedroom units did not have one).

Staff was friendly and kept the property well maintained. Will definitely book again!

Great time. Very comfortable unit. We were very happy. Internet wasn’t working very well for the first four days. They ended up calling spectrum and then it was handled appropriately.

I normally don't write reviews for anything, but after staying at this property I really wanted to review. I am always a bit skeptical that a room or property may be somewhat different than what I see posted in pictures, but this rental was identical to what was advertised as was all the amenities that were listed. The rental was immaculate and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful view overlooking downtown Gatlinburg, which was even more spectacular at night. I could walk out the master suite's sliding door and sit on the patio, enjoying the view as well as the Ober tram traveling up and down the mountain. The plunge tub was very nice and relaxing. The process of check-in/check-out was very detailed and smooth which I appreciated and whenever I spoke with staff via telephone, they were always nice, courteous and professional. We really enjoyed Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but knowing that we could come back to a beautiful, quiet property after the long day just made the experience even better. Would I recommend this rental to stay? Absolutely! 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at Highlands of the Smokies. The views are wonderful. The rooms and the openness of the condo are exactly what our family needed. Our condo was open and roomy and finished with lovely appliances and modern finishes. All bedrooms have their own bathroom which is a plus! There’s a wonderful outdoor space with a firepit, grills and a pool. I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to doing so in the next few weeks. 10 out of 10 for our location, stay, comfort and amenities.
