This was our second stay at Highlands, and first in this unit. It was exactly as advertised. We were there for Rod Run (when traffic can be a nightmare) but the location of the condo makes getting to and from Pigeon Forge super easy. On lower traffic days you can just take the Gatlinburg by-pass, and on heavy traffic days you can cut through the GSMNP and go in through Wears Valley. Staying in one of the "01" units feels a bit more private, with a better city and mountain view. One of the main things that brings us back, are the text messages and phone calls letting you know that the condo is ready for check-in and a departure text. Those are from real people and not an automated service.

The only issue we had during our stay was that we had small children in the unit above us. They ran the entire length of the condo every morning and evening. Lesson learned, stay on the 4th floor or the PH.

Absolutely beautiful place and an even better location! The space was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was peaceful, breathtaking view of mountains from our living room would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

Amazing condo. Amazing location. Breathtaking views. Brand new ammenities. You won't regret staying at the Highlands of the Smokies.

It was a fantastic experience. We could not have it better. I had my parents with me, with a total of 7 members from our family in a 3 bedroom apartment. They had a low king sized bed in one of the bedrooms which went very well for my parents. The views are awesome from the living room with the mountains and the city of Gatlinburg in front of you. The national park is just a few minutes from there.The rooms are very felt wonderful staying there.

Everyone goes to the smokies for the views and shopping with attractions. This place hits everything on anyone's list. The view is indescribable, you can't get this good of a view anywhere in Tennessee. Even if there were nothing else the view alone is worth the money. This is located 5 min from Gatlinburg and 12 min from PF. If you don't book this place while you're in the smokies, just stay home. Absolute 10/10 and I'll never go anywhere else. Also I won't let family and friends stay anywhere but here as well.

This is THE nicest condo resort my family has ever been to in the Smoky Mountains. The condo was the most beautiful rustic modern condo with very comfortable touches. The destination was easy to find and the view was to die for!! We will definitely be back to stay. Be sure to check out the fire pits in the evening!
