Another Great Stay At The Highlands Of The Smokies
This was our second stay at Highlands, and first in this unit. It was exactly as advertised. We were there for Rod Run (when traffic can be a nightmare) but the location of the condo makes getting to and from Pigeon Forge super easy. On lower traffic days you can just take the Gatlinburg by-pass, and on heavy traffic days you can cut through the GSMNP and go in through Wears Valley. Staying in one of the "01" units feels a bit more private, with a better city and mountain view. One of the main things that brings us back, are the text messages and phone calls letting you know that the condo is ready for check-in and a departure text. Those are from real people and not an automated service.
The only issue we had during our stay was that we had small children in the unit above us. They ran the entire length of the condo every morning and evening. Lesson learned, stay on the 4th floor or the PH.

Incredible Place
Absolutely beautiful place and an even better location! The space was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was peaceful, breathtaking view of mountains from our living room would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

Awesome
It was a fantastic experience. We could not have it better. I had my parents with me, with a total of 7 members from our family in a 3 bedroom apartment. They had a low king sized bed in one of the bedrooms which went very well for my parents. The views are awesome from the living room with the mountains and the city of Gatlinburg in front of you. The national park is just a few minutes from there.The rooms are very felt wonderful staying there.
