We had a great experience staying at this property. The location was perfect—close to all the activities in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge—while still offering incredible views of Gatlinburg and the Smokies.

The home itself was beautifully furnished with trendy, comfortable furniture. The beds were especially comfortable, with plenty of pillows for a great night’s sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and the bathrooms were updated, stylish, and had excellent water pressure.

We also appreciated having a large washer and dryer, which we used daily during our stay.

We didn’t need to reach out to the management staff during our visit, but their communication before, during, and after our stay was excellent.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely choose to stay here again.

As good as it gets!

This was our second stay at Highlands, and first in this unit. It was exactly as advertised. We were there for Rod Run (when traffic can be a nightmare) but the location of the condo makes getting to and from Pigeon Forge super easy. On lower traffic days you can just take the Gatlinburg by-pass, and on heavy traffic days you can cut through the GSMNP and go in through Wears Valley. Staying in one of the "01" units feels a bit more private, with a better city and mountain view. One of the main things that brings us back, are the text messages and phone calls letting you know that the condo is ready for check-in and a departure text. Those are from real people and not an automated service.

The only issue we had during our stay was that we had small children in the unit above us. They ran the entire length of the condo every morning and evening. Lesson learned, stay on the 4th floor or the PH.

Absolutely beautiful place and an even better location! The space was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was peaceful, breathtaking view of mountains from our living room would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!
