Family Time
It was a perfect place to celebrate an early Thanksgiving with our kids. Great view of the mountain snow and fall colors. Been visiting the Highlands since 1991 and will continue to come back.

Wow What A Beautiful View & Condo
when researching a place where we could find a nice condo one floor unit instead of a multi floor cabin i found the highlands of the smokies. and did reviews research and loved the location. had no ideal the view we would walk into. the view of the smokies was AWESOME! and the 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo was gorgeous. the 1900 square ft area gave our 2 year old grandson some room to expend some energy without worrying about stairs. all the beds and appliances were very nice. pillows a little lumpy on beds but beds were very nice. Tom the maintenance guy was awesome and so informative, and Kristin the lady in the lobby super nice. we definitely will be staying here again. pool was 83 degrees and hot tub 104 in november. they keep pool open til Thanksgiving. once you stay here anyplace else will have a high bar set for them. its an easy drive to gatlinburg or to pigeon forge. Just couple minutes off bypass on campbell lead road
Amazing Summer Getaway Spot
This was a beautiful location! It was spacious for our family of 7 and was in a great location in gatlinburg. Our air conditioning went out and management was awesome at quickly getting the issue figured out and getting us into another unit. The pool was great and used the gym which was very nice as well. The view... well, what can you saw other than WOW! It looked like a picture. Stunning.
Clean With Fabulous Views! Great For Families
Traveled with 4 adults and one child. Unit was extremely clean and spacious! Loved having the extra half bath. The view is incredible, and the location is a super short drive from downtown Gatlinburg. Highly recommend taking the bypass and not ski mountain rd. Only issue was the balcony door handle was broken and the door wouldn’t shut... but they are being replaced this week. Would definitely recommend!

Would definitely stay here again! A very beautiful condo that was in a convenient location, clean, quiet, and a great view!
Making New Memories
So wonderful to be able to bring our Grandchildren back to the place so many wonderful memories were made with our children. Such a beautiful vacation rental, views are amazing and amenities are wonderful as well.
