The unit we stayed in was perfect for us and everyone was impressed. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and will definitely return. The staff (Vickie) was very professional and helpful. We will definitely return. Thank you for a great stay.

The condo was amazing! It was so spacious and the view was amazing to wake up to every morning! Loved how much room you had to put your things away and no clutter around. We enjoyed hanging out at night watching TV by the fireplace at night. Gatlinburg was so very crowded and so not recommend going the week after Christmas but we could go up to the condo and it was so peaceful and so quiet. It allows you to be able to get away from the chaos in the city. I would definitely recommend staying here and if we come back then we will definitely stay there again! Just a side note this was the easiest check in and check out I’ve ever had. They just gave you the code the day of arrival and then we you left you just texted them. That was it. So easy! Parking passes were on the table in the condo. Now we did forget to scan the code on them to get some free things that came with our stay. We totally forgot about that but that was our error not the condos.

Three couples met in Gatlinburg to explore GSMNP and this condo was perfect. Clean-spacious and great proximity to the park. Furniture, bedding and community amenities made it so enjoyable. The pool - hot tub-grill and fire pits were utilized regularly. If we come back to Gatlinburg this is where we will stay.

The Highlands is just beyond expectations. Such beauty such views. This is 2nd time we have stayed and already booked for fall. Clean with nice decor. This last trip just had a corner of next building blocking part of view so we know to avoid that place now. You will not be disappointed here. If I had suggestion it would be the covered parking . Two columns to pull through are tight and we noticed most people parked out in lot .

The condition of the condo was very clean and new. Also the location is very close to the main strip of the Gatlinburg

Wonderful property. I only gave 1 item 4 stars instead of 5. That was on location. A small portion of the road leading up to the property was a little scary. Only blemish I could find. We had a great time!
