Luxurious Condo With A Million Dollar View
We stayed in a 1 bedroom on the 4th floor and it was perfect. The nicest condo I have ever rented hands down. Spacious, clean and the floor to ceiling windows in the living room give a view that is breathtaking, especially at night overlooking the city. We were unable to stay for the full length due to personal reasons but I will recommend to anyone interested in Gatlinburg.
Our Favorite Place To Stay In The Smokies
We stayed in the Highlands Condominiums for many years before the fires and loved it so much then that we never came back until we found they had been rebuilt. We loved our stay even more! We love the location, the quiet and the views!
Our Stay At Highlands
Overall our stay was great. The room, 404, was exceptional. Very clean and decorated very nicely. Didn’t have that much need to interact with staff but when we did they were very friendly and helpful. Pool area and hot tub were great. Kitchen was very well supplied with the essentials. Even the pots and pans were in great condition, something you don’t see in rentals very often. The only negatives was the parking place included was too narrow so we parked in guest parking without any problem and the baby grand piano in living area was very unique but would have rather had a couple of chairs to enjoy the amazing views. Definitely would stay here again.

Awesome Stay!
We had a great experience at Highlands of the Smokies. Check-in was very easy. The condo was ready a little early, so we were able to arrive early. The condo was very clean and still looks brand new. Getting to and from the condo was very simple, just hit the by-pass and avoid the Gatlinburg traffic. We are already planning our next trip!
