We stayed in the Highlands Condominiums for many years before the fires and loved it so much then that we never came back until we found they had been rebuilt. We loved our stay even more! We love the location, the quiet and the views!

Overall our stay was great. The room, 404, was exceptional. Very clean and decorated very nicely. Didn’t have that much need to interact with staff but when we did they were very friendly and helpful. Pool area and hot tub were great. Kitchen was very well supplied with the essentials. Even the pots and pans were in great condition, something you don’t see in rentals very often. The only negatives was the parking place included was too narrow so we parked in guest parking without any problem and the baby grand piano in living area was very unique but would have rather had a couple of chairs to enjoy the amazing views. Definitely would stay here again.

the original Highlands often and have missed staying here since 2016. The new build is beautiful with lots of attention to detail. No other place compares to the views and location.

We had a great experience at Highlands of the Smokies. Check-in was very easy. The condo was ready a little early, so we were able to arrive early. The condo was very clean and still looks brand new. Getting to and from the condo was very simple, just hit the by-pass and avoid the Gatlinburg traffic. We are already planning our next trip!

Property is absolutely gorgeous and the nighttime views of Gatlinburg and the mountains are beyond belief. Although we didn’t cook during our stay, everything required for those who choose to, is provided.

Our three night stay was spectacular. The unit was beyond gorgeous. Front desk, particularly, Wes, very accommodating and friendly. Wished we could have stayed longer.
