This property is absolutely stunning and worth it for anyone looking to stay near Gatlinburg. The apartment is modern luxury with comfortable furniture and everything was spotless. The view is spectacular and floor to ceiling window in the living room overlooking Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains is breathtaking!

We were very pleased with our condo rental. Very tastefully decorated and the view was great. The only very minor negative comment is that we could have used more bath linens. We couldn’t walk to Gatlinburg but we knew that and traded that for the view. Absolutely great overall and would definitely stay again.

I was looking for a more luxurious and modern vacation rental opposed to the regular cabin rental options in Gatlinburg and the Highlands did not disappoint! It had wonderful views, all high end appliances, amazing on suites, ect. I will not be staying anywhere else when I vacation in Gatlinburg from here on out. I found the pricing to be very reasonable and the booking was extremely simple. I highly recommend this place if you are searching for for something a little more upscale vs the average cabin rental, which are a dime a dozen around town.

Highlands was as lovely as described and photographed. Close to everything while also being far enough away from the hustle and bustle to allow for some quiet, peaceful relaxation. HIGHLY recommend - looking forward to a return visit soon!!
