Everything about the rental was fantastic and we loved it! The views literally can’t be beat and were the best we’ve ever had at a rental and we’ve stayed in the Smokies many times. The only complaint would be the heat and AC. When we arrived it was set to 75 and we turned it down but it’s set on a comfort schedule so it would go back to 75 then doing our stay it got much colder and the heat was set to 57 which is uncomfortably cold. We turned the heat up but would wake up to it turned back down again. I would suggest turning off the schedule or setting it at more comfortable temperatures especially when guests are expected. Luckily we did somewhat know how to work it and it was unbearable so we didn’t reach out to management.

We had the best time here! Great location, stunning views of Ober Mountain, beautiful condo with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again for our next visit to Gatlinburg.

An outstanding view! I would absolutely stay here again because this condo is so nice. It's modern, clean, spacious, and has comfortable beds. Also very easy to get to the mountains, Gatlinburg., Pigeon Forge and beyond.

The unit was furnished very well, great views looking down on Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas. Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our needs. Highly recommend the Highlands for your next stay in the area!

This is a great condo. The drive up to it is a little hilly and curvy which is not a good thing if you get car sick but once you’re there you will have no complaints. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the view is spectacular. We stayed in unit 203 which viewed the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg. Great place to stay. This was our second stay in Highlands of the Smokies.

Beautiful view of the mountains and Gatlinburg. Close to all the restaurants and entertainment but far enough away to be quiet and restful. Condo is tastefully decorated and comfortable.
