Is this property handicap accessible? ➜ This property is not ADA compliant, but no stairs are required to enter the unit. The bathroom also features several hand rails. Do you need to bring your own linens? ➜ No, no and absolutely not! Our promise to our guests is to provide consistency and to us, consistency means ensuring essentials. We will provide sheets, towels, washcloths, etc. so that you can fill your bags with more exciting things! What other amenities do you provide? ➜ We provide full bottles of hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in every full bathroom. We also provide ample trash bags for the kitchen & bathrooms. Additionally, we provide a starter set of the following items that you might want to bring or purchase extra, depending on your length of stay: K-Cups, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, & laundry pods (for units with washers & dryers). What is it like in the winter? ➜ Beautiful! You'll likely have views of snow-capped mountains, even if there is no snow on the ground at the resort. However, when snow or ice falls, or temps dip below freezing, issues can arise. While the resort does a great job at plowing & salting, we can not guarantee access won't be impacted. We also can not guarantee that pipes will not freeze or power won't be affected. How many pets are allowed and is there a fee? ➜ Per HOA policy, pets are not allowed.
