THE HOME WAS REALLY NICE WITH PLENTY OF ROOMS FOR 8 ADULTS AND 6 CHILDREN, THE KIDS LOVED THE THEATER ROOM, ARCADE GAMES AND THE FIRE PIT. THE ADULTS LIKED THE LARGE BEDROOM SUITES, EACH WITH A JETTED TUB. IT IS LOCATED IN A GREAT LOCATION, CLOSE TO ALL THE ATTRACTIONS BUT FAR ENOUGH AWAY TO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE TRAFFIC, AND IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE NEIGHBORS NOT TO CLOSE. THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS GREAT AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO ANY ISSUES THAT WE HAD.

We enjoyed our stayed at this lodge. Built in the core of great smoky mountains. Rooms were organised, bathrooms were cleaned. Kitchens were equipped with all the necessary items needed to make your stay excellent. Indoor pool was pretty big to accommodate the entire guest in my trip. Only the concern was the propane tank which was little greasy. Besides that, I have overall great experience. Must try Cherokee pool lodge! You won’t be disappointed.

The house was a great size with good amenities for a large family group and kids. The pool was put to good use and the kids loved that there were arcade games.

The owners & beartracks were so awesome before our arrival ! They went above to make sure we had a great mountain vacation !

The cabin was as advertised. Pictures were close to the actual design and look. More countertops would help especially when the cabin can have up to 13 guests. You will definitely need to take supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, and extra bath towels unless you want to spend time washing them. There was some wood for the fire pit. I rented this cabin for two reasons, one was met the other did not. Host says the pool temp is within CDC guidelines but it is too cold. There was another review with this same issue. The guidelines list the minimum not necessarily what is comfortable. Only half of my guests went into the pool but stated it was too cold so they only spent a few minutes in it. If your guests do not want or need an indoor pool this cabin will meet your expectations easily. As for the look and feel the property was acceptable. Cabin is in a good location with many attractions within 30 minutes of family fun. There are two Dollar Generals real close for those forgotten items.

numerous things not working like plugs in kitchen light on stove which made cooking hard driving game upstairs showed low memory so couldn’t play it, the pool was to cold for kids to swim in it the remotes in most of the rooms didn’t have batteries and the theater room was dirty. The sheets didn’t fit the master bed at all keep coming off . when we arrived the door was open to the cabin which made it for a scary stay for the kids
