If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Mountain Paradise

The cabin was in a word paradise. The king size beds were wonderful and cozy. The pool and hot tub made for wonderful relaxation. The fire pit was a great spot for sweet moments. The game room was loads of fun. It was the perfect distance from all the local attractions and yet so quiet and peaceful. There were so many delicious restaurants within driving distance such as The Aamo Steakhouse and The Old Mill Restaurant both of which I highly recommend. The rental company was very good about checking on us and ensuring we were happy. I would use this company for our next Gatlinburg getaway.

Fall 2025

The cabin was perfect! Great hot tub, indoor pool, and open layout. It's close to town, but there's lots of privacy up on a hillside. Was able to watch bears outside almost every day!

The only thing needed is maybe more hooks near the door to hang coats and such.

Great Place!

This is a great get away. We enjoyed the hot tub. Loved the fall leaves! Just a couple little things: I was disappointed there was not cream or sugar for the coffee that was provided, and I also thought a few basic food stuffs like salt and pepper would have been nice. The thermostats' locations made it hard to control temperature in the bedrooms. Overall we had a great stay.
