This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival. Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Wonderful Mountain Experience

The cabin was beautiful! Very homey and clean when we got there. A little hard to find, and be warned the stairs are a little steep, but it’s worth it to feel like you’re tucked right into the mountainside. The location was also SO perfect for easy access to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Word of advice - use the directions provided by the owners. We forgot about them until after we’d already struggled to find the cabin with GPS in the dark. Also easier if you can arrive before it’s dark outside.
