Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.
We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation.
If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Bear Mountain Serenity
Bear Mountain Serenity is a brand new cabin with all you can expect and more. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bath spacious, well decorated, and cozy. This cabin is perfect for families with teens. The game room and hot tub are a hit. We enjoyed our time there. The only problem is, our trip was to short. Elk Springs Resort is very attentive to any needs or questions. Excellent experience and customer service.

Nice Place
Really nice place. Close to main attractions. The driveway is the only concern. You are likely to scrape your car coming or going.
The floors were super dirty. Feet and socks on all of us kept getting black.

Good Stay! Will Be The Best Stay With Some Minor Tweaks
We had stayed couple of nights here and here are the positives and feedback (Nothing negative)
Positive aspects:
Rental (neither cheap nor pricy) Location (very little steep drives but relatively easy and ample parking space: we had one SUV and one 7 seater) Scenic Views (from all rooms) with large patio Clean indoors and outdoors Rooms (fabrications, toiletries, etc..,) HVAC (Pretty great in maintaining the temperature given the huge area) Games (Kids enjoyed) Seamless WiFi Mobile Network was good (AT&T & T Mobile)
Feedback:
Kitchen must have the three basic stuffs; Salt, Pepper and Sugar which will never get spoiled or wasted. I called the property and they said that they wont keep them and we really got disappointed and shopped one for ourselves and kept for the upcoming guests.
Utensils cleaning scrubber was not kept. Though dishwasher was great, we need small cleaning scrubs to wash and reuse basic utensils.
Hot tub was grimy and murky. It hasn't been cleaned after the previous guests or never been used for longtime.

It is good for upto 2 families Enjoyed playing pool and other games Only thing that we did not find was cutting knife but we managed it. That does not go against our wonderful experience.

Disappointed
Very disappointed hot tub was nasty didn’t get warm till hours later. Ants in the cabin. Dirty dirty stains on the towels that was left in there even after they came and “recleaned”. Disgusting smell of where they wood treated the cabin it was burning out eyes the entire time! NO WATER PRESSURE at all! Took 20 minutes to get the hot water working. Kept getting hung up on when I tried to make contact to the cabin company. Never called me back like they said they would. Loose boards on the deck where the hottub is. I got told when I rented it that there was a “amazing view of the mountains “ when the view was a cabin being built no mountains at all in the view.
