House Layout: Main Floor- Living room; Dining area; Kitchen; Deck access; Full hall bath (tub/shower combo); Bedroom with Queen. Second Floor- Bedroom with Queen; Bedroom with Queen; Full hall bath (walk-in shower). Basement- Open den with TV; Kitchenette; Sleeping nook with two Twin beds; Deck access; Full hall bath; Laundry room. Driveway- The shared driveway is steep yet paved. Two cars can park by the entry door, and there is a gravel parking pad off Maryland Place for one additional car. Please Note: Due to owner allergies, this home is NOT pet-friendly. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided for your convenience. During the summer Montreat Conference Season (typically June through August) the home rents weekly, and the linens will be delivered to the home in gray laundry bags.
