The cabin was beautiful. The area was peaceful. It was perfect for my family. Its 40 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area. The staff was prompt and answering my questions and communicated with me through out our stay.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Everything was as described
Very Comfy Cabin
Overall it was a very beautiful comfy cabin . Theres a picnic area outside you can sit and have a fire place on. Going up the hill to get to the cabin a little scary lol but after you get used to it . Cabin was super clean when we got there .Only thing is remember to bring trash bags . Ours didn't even come with one on the trash can . But other than that it was a great time ! They checked up on us every day which is a plus in my book.

Everything was perfect, location was even better than imagined. Only concern would be the neighbor! He would walk through the driveway everyday even if we were in the hot tub, my family and I were on vacation with our young daughter so I didn’t very much that! He stoped and talked to my daughter and I one day while we were just getting out the hot tub! Other then him the overall stay was absolutely amazing!!!!
