Healy Family Vacation
The rental was beautiful. We had 18 people which everyone was able to have their own room and bathroom. My kids and grandchildren had a great time . There were lots of room for everyone to enjoy and have fun The children specially loved the pool. It was nice that most places was within a 20 /3o minute drive. we did have a problem with the Dish washed when we got there apparently it was broken and no one told us before or when we arrived. We called and apparently they knew and a part was ordered and was not able to fix it to 2 days before we were leaving . Sorry
Great Smoky Family Vacation
The process of renting was easy. Communication was remarkable. The cabin was clean upon arrival. A few things we think that would make the stay more enjoyable, especially for large groups(we had 18) more seating in common areas and games room. The kitchen was equipped but could have used another refrigerator as there wasn’t enough room for all the food. We had to have the dishwasher serviced so didn’t have it for the latter part of the week. Someone did come promptly though. The beds are pretty hard. A topper would be helpful. The pool area could use some more chairs but it was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed using it. The bathrooms had plenty of clean towels only wished we had a bench in the shower area for older family members. These of course are only suggestions and none of what is mentioned had any negative impact whatsoever on our wonderful stay in the smoky’s! We would definitely rent through Bear tracts again!! Thank you offering a wonderful home for our family vacation!

Nothing Short Of Amazing.
I wish we could have stayed so much longer. Its nice to arrive to a clean place on vacation! We hated to leave. My Grandson said he wished he could live there. The App with all the information provided by the management bear tracts was so helpful and easy to use. We will definitley be back for a much longer stay in the future.
