River escape could be better

Customer Service was FiresideLLC was great but the cabin itself leaves much to be desired. The living room furniture is dirty and pretty disgusting, looks like it should have been replaced 10 years ago. The cleaners leave dust and garbage in the corners and on the shelves. The hot tub was great but there is no way to easily add water in case you splash too much out. The beds were decent, very bouncy though, and the sheets were rather thread bare and scratchy.
