Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.
We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Lovely Cabin
My only suggestion would be to have your cleaning crew be more thorough. They left crumbs and spaghetti noodles on the counters. They left a large red stain on the bedding and hairs. We had to wash the covers and encasement before laying down to ensure sanitation which took several hours. Other than that everything was perfect. Very grateful that we were allowed in early to accommodate my wheelchair bound add.
The location has great views but a scary ride up as the road is only wide enough for one car at a time. I would suggest 4x4 on a snowy day. My kids had a blast, very kid and family friendly cabin!

Cabin For Relaxing
This is such a beautiful cabin. Very spacious and lots to do to keep you entertained. There is a hot tub, a pool table, a few games, a theater room and a fire place. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Awesome Family Vacation
This was our first trip to the mountains in 34 years. Elk Springs Resort did not disappoint. The home was spacious and cozy at the same time. There were 8 of us for the first 4 days and we had plenty of room and had a blast watching the wildlife. We will use Elk Springs again next time.
Beartastic Adventure!
Bear force one was an enjoyable cabin with beautiful views on both sides. We were able to have a bear sighting and was an all around nice place to stay. We did have a maintenance issue that needed addressing but it was taken care of fast, effectively and with great customer service.
Birthday Get Away
This place is a nice place to stay but in the wrong location! There is no good view or driving for the map to pick up.
