A Great Place To Stay

Park Place Condos changed our vacation from disaster to pure delight. Our original accommodations at Mountain View Zodiac were horrible, the management at Park Place Condos provided us with a beautiful 3BR 3 Bath unit that was exceptionally comfortable and immaculate. The management was friendly and helpful. Park Place Condos are the best in Gatlinburg.

Spring Vacation

Great Time Again

We visit Gatlinburg annually to hike in the Smokies. I always book at Park Place for several reasons. It’s convenient to the park and overlooks a stream. Management does a great job of keeping up the property and taking care to make sure booking and check in is easy. And we always get a nice unit.

Great Place - Great Location

This is always our go to place when visiting Gatlinburg.
Easy walk to lots of restaurants and fun sites. After a fun day in the park or the city it's great to come back and relax on the balcony listening to the rushing water.
