The highest windows have remote-controlled sun shades. Also on the main level are a dining area with a long wormy chestnut table, a fully-equipped kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom with king bed and blackout shades, and a large deck with a grill and table overlooking the great mountain views. The upper level contains a loft with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and an HDTV, upper deck with chaise loungers, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with queen-sized bed. The lower level features a second living room with big screen HDTV with Blu-Ray Player and a queen sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, a bedroom with king bed, and a private patio where the hot tub awaits. Outside is a gorgeous fire pit to enjoy the evening. Perfectly located on Appalachian Ski Mountain between Boone and Blowing Rock, Aspen View is convenient to all High Country attractions and makes a perfect mountain retreat. Additional notes: - Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months - This property is pet friendly with pet rent of $25 per night, per dog plus tax. Max of 4 dogs allowed. - CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided. - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time.
