If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Excellent . A blow dryer in the bathroom would be nice and hangers in the closet are a must have.
Amazing Experience!
This is our 5th stay with Elk spring in different cabins we never once had a bad experience! The cabin was nice and cozy for our family of 3 and the pool is a big plus!
An Amazing Stay For Our Anniversary!
We will definitely be back to stay at this beautiful cabin! We enjoyed every ounce from the two decks to the pool to the hot tub. Perfect size for a couple or small family. Plus the staff was so professional with any concerns we had. And the views were amazing.

It was fantastic. We are definitely coming back. I wish the bed was better but other than that it was great!
Honeymoon
Our stay was wonderful! Good location and very clean. We did expect the pool to be warmer than it was with it being indoors though. The main reason we booked that specific cabin was for that pool. We did get a text that the waterfall wasn’t working but happy to see it working when we arrived. We ended up using the hot tub. The pool temp would have been better if it was hotter outside but overall we had a great honeymoon and plan to book with you all next year for an anniversary trip! Thank you ��
