Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the HikingintheSmokys.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Cozy Indeed!
Wowza! Camp Cozy exceeded our every expectation during our trip to the Smoky Mountains. The location was absolutely perfect and the cabin exquisite! We cannot wait to return next year.
Love This Cabin!!!
My husband and I stayed in the camp cozy cabin for 6 nights and we had the best, most relaxing time. We were also able to bring our dog with us and were only charged an extra $50. The tub is amazing! I soaked in it every day. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!
Perfect Cabin Retreat For Our Honeymoon!
The cabin and its surrounding were beautiful and quiet! Very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again in the future!
Camp Cozy
The cabin was very nice and easy to find. Lots of attractions and fun things to do near by. It is only about 10 miles away from Pigeon Forge. The cabin itself was very clean. Everything we could have needed was provided (cooking utensils, plates/bowls/silverware, cups, etc..). It was also the perfect size for 2 adults and a 5 year old, who LOVED the bunk bed and the arcade game! Staff was friendly and checked on us the first day to assure our stay was going ok. Check out was also quick and easy.
