Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Always Amazing!
We are return customers as we come to the mountains at least 4-5 times a year. Always a great experience with Elk Springs Resorts Cabins. We stayed at The Thunder Mountain Lodge this time & loved it. The WiFi worked thankfully cause the road there is zero service. Cabin was beautiful & clean as always. Booking was easy & we had an awesome time. My in laws are in their 90’s & they’ve never been so this helped make the trip even more memorable.

Overall, my family had a good experience during our stay at The Lodge at Thunder Mountain. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a vacation to this area.
The property is pretty much as it's advertised online in terms of views, amenities, and features. The property manager was very timely and responsive with their communications.
Pros: outstanding views of the mountain, great location, beautiful luxury cabin.
Cons: spotty Wifi throughout the house, limited parking (accommodates 2-3 cars), arcade games weren't all in working order.

Perfect Family House
The house was beautifully designed & decorated. Truly couldn’t ask for anything better for a family get away! If u stay make sure to bring additional cookware and knives if you don’t want to buy more. Also the internet didn’t work to well in a couple of the bedrooms.
Wonderful Stay!
Weather was not kind, so unable to enjoy the outdoor fireplace and decks was our biggest disappointment. Great memories were made and would definitely recommend staying there!
Wonderful Family Vacation!
My entire family thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Spent lots of time around fire pit (in am), theater room, and playing games.
