If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Terrific Place To Stay
We enjoyed our stay at Skybox Lodge 12/26 -12/28. Location was great, kids and adults really enjoyed the game room. Plenty of space for everyone. Bedrooms were large. Kitchenette on every level. I would stay again and would recommend to others.
Perfect Place For Family Reunion
Had a family reunion with 12 people. Loved the number of rooms and queen/king beds in them. Really appreciated that each room had a dedicated bathroom with its own hot water heater so that we didn’t need to worry about staggering showers! The lower floor with game room, long dining table, porch, and large community kitchen were perfect for hanging out together. Also, rooms were large and fairly quiet considering the noise going on downstairs! Great location for exploring all around Gatlinburg.

Without a doubt this was easily one of the best places we have stayed at. Any issue that we did have was quickly solved by the awesome staff. They were excellent in communication and they take great care in the management of the property.
We Just Keep Coming Back.
We love the location away from the crowds, in the woods, and in the mountains. We love the spaciousness. My grandchildren love the game room, so do the male adults. What I appreciated most on this trip is how timely you responded to the maintenance needs we had, and, obviously took us seriously. We like its location relative to all the area has to offer. These reasons are why we are coming back next year to the Skybox Lodge.
