We just got done with our 4 night stay. Ages in our party ranged from 8-70. We had 12 people in our party and It was just what our family needed. There are more than enough things to keep everyone entertained. The pool was a great hit especially helped keep the kids entertained on the rainy weather days. All the rooms having king beds was also great. The amount of restrooms through out the home was great. Allowed everyone to have their own space. There were a few things that came up during our stay but the customer service was great and they were quick to try and find a solution.

A couple cons, no fans in the living room, it would heat up quickly while cooking and the A/C would freeze the rooms trying to cool it down. The kitchen also lacked a little when it came to pots and pans and things especially for the amount of people that are able to stay in the home. The hot tub covers needs replaced or put on a lift, it was so water logged it was extremely heavy and no real good place to store it while the hot tub was in use. The primary room bed was super comfy but others in the party did complain that the down stairs rooms had divots in the bed from the mattress wearing out. One of the driving games were out of commission our whole stay and that was big thing in choosing the cabin. Overall, everyone had a blast during our trip and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location was great, the size was perfect and overall we enjoyed it so much!

We rented this cabin for my wife's 30th birthday. We had a great time with friends. There was no reason for us to go out to town because there was plenty to do at the house. There were a few little issues at the cabin, but the maintenance staff was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay at this cabin again and stay with Bear Tracts again!

Our family of 15 had a Wonderful stay in the Beary Special Chalet! Plenty of room, outdoor patio with fire box was perfection. We highly recommend you stay here .

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. There were great areas within the cabin for family time, games, and cooking/eating. The bedrooms and attached bathrooms provided plenty of privacy. Everything was clean and lovely. A few minor issues arose but were addressed quickly and efficiently. The owners/managers were so great to work with. The cabin was perfectly located - not too close to traffic troubles but close enough to get places relatively quickly. We will be back next year!

We were all blown away with this house! As parents of 5 grown sons, daughter-in-laws, and 6 grandchildren, we do travel largely. This home was so spacious and even better in person. We never felt crowded and even had plenty of parking! Location was very convenient to restaurants and activities. Management seems to run an organized business. We had no issues but felt very informed before, during & after our trip. If I had to give any negative feedback it would just be lack of water pressure in the showers and the home was overall clean with the exception of the floors. I’ve come to expect that as that just seems to be a big problem with cleaning crews. No matter where I’ve stayed floors just aren’t cleaned. We had crawling babies and the knees on their outfits stayed dirty along with everyone’s socks. We found broken glass on the rug in the great room. Lucky we saw it before anyone got hurt. The appearance of that rug appeared to have nail polish spilt and we think that was the piece of glass found from the bottle. I don’t know how the cleaning crew could have vacuumed and that still be left on the rug.
Nothing is ever going to be perfect and we vacuumed the first night after we found the glass. So I didn’t report it. Again, I’ve come to expect ignored floor cleaning at a rental property. Sad but true!
We had a great vacation and would definitely stay at this property again.

This cabin is described perfectly. The space is perfect for large groups. The kids loved the game room, theater room and pool! The rental company was easy to reach and so helpful. The road up to cabin is steep (we had no issues) but inclement weather would cause an issue.
