The house was great! Absolutely no complaints—everything was clean and the house was well stocked. The kids loved the game room. Just a word of caution—bears frequently come onto the back porch. We were outside on the deck one evening and a mama bear and three cubs came onto the deck. I recommend always keeping both doors that lead back inside unlocked. It was a great location and would stay again though!

Bear Tracts was a wonderful vacation rental for our two families with children. The property was clean and had a great kitchen, game room, and outdoor deck with great views. We spent two afternoons at the community pool which was excellent too. Since we spend a lot of time hiking the trails in the national park, we really appreciated the short drive to the park entrance avoiding all the Gatlinburg traffic. We would definitely recommend this cabin to others just be aware that the kitchen/living room are on the lowest level of the home so you must go down two flights of stairs from the parking area. Overall it was a fantastic trip and rental property!

This home was great for our family of 14-ages 8months-72. House was clean and beds were comfortable.Kitchen supplies were well appointed. Hot tub and game room were both hits. 10 min to Gatlinburg/25 to Pigeon Forge. Be aware there is no main floor bedroom so be prepared for stairs. Also, there WILL BE bears. Do not let young children outside alone. One bear came up onto our deck WHILE we were on it (no food present). They also mill around the driveway so be cautious.
We loved the house- 4 ensuite baths were a fantastic bonus. Pool we went to was about 10-15 drive, but was very nice. Enjoyed the 3 different depths to help spread kids into appropriate areas.We WOULD stay here again.

House was large , beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could want. The views from deck and upper floors were breathtaking. We literally saw bears each day in the front drive and in back yard. I would definitely recommend this property for your vacation. The only drawback is they had maintenance issues that I either kept receiving calls for or knocking on the door when we least expected .

My family and I had a wonderful stay here and loved the beautiful view overlooking the mountains! There was a surprise from a black bear family as we now learned it is currently peak bear season but that was truly an incredible experience! Would highly recommend!

The cabin was perfect! The view was beautiful and we had everything we needed to have the perfect stay!
