Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great cabin stay — would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time during our cabin vacation and would absolutely recommend this place to others. The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and a great getaway for our trip. The location and overall setup made it easy to relax and enjoy our time.

That said, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The cabin could really use a deep cleaning, and it would be helpful to have extra bed linens available. One of the beds had pillows without pillowcases, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, we weren’t able to use the grill during our stay because it was missing the drip pan that catches the drippings, and the gas tank was covered in grease from previous guests.

Overall, we still had a great experience and would stay again — just hoping those small details can be addressed for future guests!

More Secluded Than Most With Fantastic Views

We have stayed at other properties through Elk Springs, but this has been our favorite. The cabin was perfect with a great number of actual bedrooms rather than loft spaces. It had a great view of the mountain ridge without having to look at other rooftops surrounding your cabin. You are about 15 minutes from a grocery store and about 30 minutes from the main drag in Pigeon Forge. If you want an opportunity to have a visitor, this is it. We had a black bear take a path right up next to our cabin, check out our fire pit and take in the view from the deck! I would highly recommend Hang Tenn! We will definitely be staying here again!

Weekend Stay

Awesome house and great porch with beautiful view. Wildlife everywhere. Pool table, hot tub, arcade and everything worked great. Bring shampoo!

Hang Ten... Very Nice

My siblings and I enjoyed a wonderful 3 day stay and it was almost perfect! The only thing I could say negative about the chalet was there must have been critters in the ceiling that came to life at night! Otherwise it was a perfect place, location and so nice inside and out. We even had a visit from a mama bear and her 2 cubs.
