If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Eagles Roost Getaway

From start to finish our stay with elk's springs resort was amazing. The young lady that helped book our cabin was so helpful and friendly. Check in was effortless. The cabin was beautiful and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The driveway to the cabin was a little tricky but by the end of our 3 day stay we had it mastered. We were close to downtown Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We will definitely book with elk's springs resort again. They are an amazing company and the staff is wonderful to deal with. This was our first stay with them but definitely won't be our last. Thank you elks springs resort for making our first stay in Gatlinburg a great one.

Great Time!!!

It was amazing. The cabin had everything you could ask for. It was a great mountain experience. We stayed at the Eagle Roost and it was the best place for our 50th anniversary. We will be back.

Best Stay Ever

The cabin was beautiful and clean. The view was beautifil! I was so happy and impressed during our stay. And the staff is so nice and helpful and doesn't get aggravated when you text asking questions.
