Bear Splash Is A Hit With The Team!

Be prepared for baseball puns because they write themselves with this cabin! Everything was out of the park! If you are going to Ripken this place touches all the bases for you and half of your team! (If you need another house 770 Mountain Stream Way is also available to rent and is right next door. You could fit an entire team in both cabins! The kids were never bored and rarely on their devices and the adults were rarely bothered. The location is only a 15 minute drive through a beautiful mountain pass that if you enjoy driving will be a pleasure to take in.

There is so much to do. The cabin is minutes from Gatlinburg which has a month’s worth of activities, minutes from Smoky Mountains National Park, and 15 minutes from everything Pigeon Forge has to offer.

The beds were SO comfortable and all of the sleeping accommodations and bathrooms were top notch. No one had a single complaint.

The pool and hot tub did the job for the kids and the arcade was a constant hub for everyone between activities. And if that was too much noise the rockers on the balconies with the AWESOME views were all you needed to relax and enjoy the quiet of the mountain.

Say hi to the momma bear and her cub! They were around the entire weekend. If you couldn’t tell we had a blast and loved this place! Everything you see is what you get! The house was as clean as a 1-2-3 inning, the owners were very accommodating to answering questions, and we would book this place again in a heartbeat! Take a swing at Bear Splash, you won’t strike out here!

Great Family Cabin

We absolutely loved the cabin. Great location. We couldn't get the hot tub jets going, the indoor pool is great!

Great Stay, With A Great View

Our entire family gathered together for 5 days of fun and we stayed at this cabin. We had a great time together and we loved everything about the cabin. Right away I have to talk about the view off the back decks. We have stayed at other locations, but everyone in the family agreed that this view was by far the best. We loved early morning coffee drinking while rocking in the rocking chairs. It sounded like a rain forest with all of the birds singing in the morning! You could sit and take in the view all day, but with as close as you are to downtown, while still being away from downtown, you have to go take in the strip. We loved how close we were to the grocery store, Domino's pizza, and the strip. Even though the grade of the road is steep (you're in the Smokey Mountains, so it's steep everywhere) we were able to go for evening walks. And we did see bears multiple times, so that was fun too.
Inside the cabin, we especially loved all the bathrooms. No one ever had to wait for a bathroom, and when you have 20 people including kids, you don't want to have to wait for a bathroom. The kids were living their best lives while enjoying the indoor pool and arcade games...who am I trying to fool, the adults did too.
The communication was great all along the way and we never had to wonder about anything as it was all clearly spelled out for us. And when there was a maintenance question or issue, we got a response very quickly.
We loved our time here and would love to come back some day. We made some great memories while staying here and took some great pictures with that awesome backdrop of the mountains.

Great For Large Family

Overall everything was nice. Rental team and maintenance were easy to contact and responded quickly. A few concerns were loose spindles on the balcony, an arcade game didn’t work, black mold in shower, AC broken in pool room. Maintenance was there to fix spindles which was an obvious huge safety concern.
Location of cabin was great for activities, but also nice and quiet for the outdoor experience.
