Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

A Great Time In A Beautiful Quiet Area Of The Smokies
The cabin was amazing, everything it was pictured as online, unlike other companies that use very old pictures of their cabin, Elk Springs Resort actually follows through with their promise of a wonderful stay. The pool was great, hot tub was amazing to relax in, very secluded area. The kids loved the theater. Will definitely be booking again!
Definitely Lives Up To The Name" Living The Dream"
Our 3 families had a fabulous time for spring break. We loved the serene and private location of the house away from the hustle and bustle of pigeon forge or Gatlinburg. We had a concern about the hot tub and they sent someone out that evening. The kids loved the pool, game room, and theater room. The adults loved watching march madness in the outdoor family room. Wish we could stay longer.
Wonderful
We have stayed at four different Elk Springs Cabins and this one was our favorite one yet! This visit our cabin was clean and everything was in working order which we greatly appreciated! Plenty of room, great movie room and pool and the outdoor fireplace and tv was very enjoyable! This cabin was a win for our visit!!
We Lived The Dream!!
Our trip to the Smoky Mountains and stay at Livin the Dream was awesome!! Our family of 11 enjoyed movie nights with popcorn, swimming in the pool, the game room, and playing board games! A couple of items were not as shown in the online pictures (deck TV and basketball hoop were not there), but nothing that impacted the fun we had! Our trip was complete when we saw a bear from the kitchen window!!
