I wouldn't recommend this website
We were mislead on the "free Dollywood tickets" -- what was not explained when we made our reservation was that we could get one free admission to Dollywood or another attraction per day. Property was a bit of a challenge to find and we called the toll free number that is open 10am-6pm at 5:58pm and got no answer. Thankfully, the gal at the other toll free number had a little bit of info -- she helped us find the building, instructed us on how to use the keypad (we had only been given the access number) and also provided the WiFi password, which was different than what had been provided. The jacuzzi jets didn't work -- not a big issue as I like to soak in a still tub. The adjustable bed remote did not work and a circuit breaker got tripped somehow, rendering a few things inoperable, but we figured that out. Other than those things, the condo unit was lovely and had everything we needed besides plain ordinary coffee pods. We feel we overpaid. We won't be doing that again.
