Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

25th Wedding Anniversary Trip

The cabin was great, we absolutely loved the pool and hot tub every night. The waterfall in the pool did not work while we were there but that didn't affect pool use. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. One bed was very comfortable but the other bed upstairs was not, but that is everyone's personal preference. Only problem we had while there and had to report was the upstairs shower leaked into the bedroom below it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

August Stay At Barrel Top

Our family had a wonderful time at Barrel Top. We love the location of the Elk Springs Resorts cabins. Easy to get to, feels like you are far away from everything, but you are really just a short drive away from lots of things to see and do. We found our cabin to be in great condition, nice and clean. This was a trip with our adult children, and they were also impressed with the cabin. We were even fortunate enough to see two bear on the way to our cabin. This is our second time staying with Elk Springs and they have been quick to answer questions and a pleasure to deal with. We will book with them again on our next visit.

Elk Springs Resort Is A Must!

We had an unforgettable vacation and will definitely return to Elk Springs Resort. Everything was immaculate, and we even got to check in early. The location was perfect and close enough to all the major attractions. I highly recommend Elk Springs Resort to anyone visiting the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area!

Great House At A Great Location

This house was perfect for two families of 4. It was only about 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and 20-25 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Plenty to do on site if you didn't feel like making the drive into town though. Pool is a bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but still a very nice amenity to have inside(especially if weather conditions aren't great to be outside). I wish it hadn't rained so much, as we would have loved to use the outdoor fireplace on the main floor a bit more. Property management was very helpful and quick to respond when we reached out with any questions. We would definitely rent this house again and encourage others to do the same!

A Fantastic Place To Stay!

Barrel top lodge was everything it promised to be. Clean, luxurious, comfortable! We loved our week+ stay there. The pool was divine, hot tub too, the downstairs grill and corn hole pitch had us spending the majority of our relaxation time downstairs and outside.

Do note! It’s got a steep gravel driveway, so keep that in mind pulling i, we’d have probably brought our CRV instead of our sports car had we thought that through. Also recommend bringing a Roku or something like it for the movie theater downstairs, it isn’t equipped for easy streaming and we had no hdmi compatible devices, and our kids weren’t interested in the dvd selection (hard media...that went away fast!)

11/10 on overall satisfaction, will definitely come back!
