We really enjoyed our stay at Rustic Ridge. A new, clean property with a variety of amenities that our family loved. Very spacious, great view & just a short drive into town. We plan to come back.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Rustic Ridge - Amazing
Rustic Ridge was everything we hoped for—and more! This cabin had every amenity a family could want or need to truly relax and enjoy time together. From the arcade games, pool table, indoor pool, comfortable theater room, and covered hot tub to the beautiful outdoor living area with a fireplace, everything was perfect for a peaceful getaway.
Not only is the cabin absolutely stunning, but it’s also one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed in. The views, the shower (trust me on this one!), and the overall experience were nothing short of amazing.
If you’re trying to decide between cabins, pick this one—you won’t have to worry about a thing! It was the best decision for our 4-day mini vacation, and we can’t wait to return!

Perfectly Peaceful Place For Our Anniversary
The cabin was beautiful! The amenities were fabulous, especially the hot tub and theater room! We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying nature. The cabin was close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had a wonderful time celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary at Rustic Ridge!

Great Property!
This house had it all for two families with 4 adults and 6 kids. Having two master bedrooms was great. The kids loved the game room, theater, pool, and hot tub. The management was very responsive via text to all of my questions throughout the week. The only downside was that the hot tub became very dirty halfway through our weeklong stay, I assume due to the volume of people and time we spent in it. The management company brought some shock to try to help it but it didn't work. We should have spent the extra $35 to drain and refill it. Other than that, the house was great and we hope to be back!
Absolutely Perfect
Rustic Ridge truly had it all and we loved our stay. We couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our week. The home was packed with amenities, clean, comfortable, and boasted stunning views. When returning to TN, this is now our go to location. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home!
