Fall Break To Remember!

We traveled down this fall break with 12 adults and 10 kids. We had the absolute best time! We didn’t even leave the cabin for a whole day because there was so much to keep the kids occupied they didn’t want to go anywhere else. The home offers very spacious bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The theatre and game room was amazing for all of our kids, they expect it every vacation from now on. The house was very easily accessible and was in a great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I have sent this house to several friends and we absolutely plan to return in the future!!

Family Of 15

Our family of 15 people found Gatlinburg Overlook to be just what we needed. Room for the adults & children in our group. It was clean, spacious, an awesome game room, hot tub spa and our favorite the fire pit with seating.Highly recommend Bear Tracts Vacation Cabins and Gatlinburg Overlook. 5 stars!

Great Stay!

Overall had a great stay! Kids loved the arcade games and really enjoyed the hot tub! We even had a bear experience with one coming right up to the door one evening (which was quite the scare when you’re not expecting it) and then trying to open one of our car doors!

The Perfect House For A Crowd

Gatlinburg Overlook was the perfect house for our group of 14. The house was spacious, clean and the staff was quick to respond to any questions or needs. This is our second time staying in this home and the house was in as good condition as it was last year. The kitchen was well equipped, and the view is incredible.
