Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway. No shows will forfeit any monies put down. After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Not the weekend we expected
Booking was easy and fast. Very helpful during the process. When checking in they said it was a new cabin and we would be one of the first to stay in it. Little did I know they only mentioned new to their program. We we arrived at our cabin we could not get the fireplace to work. Called the office and was told they would send someone the next day to fix it because they did not have anyone that night that could do it. Later in the night we went to use the hot tube and all but 2 of the jets where missing so it was like sitting in just a bathtub. I went to the office as soon as they opened and they said they would fix it that day. I asked if we could just switch cabins and was told no they could not do that. We left for the day and when we returned they had replaced 5 of the 19 jets in the hot tube. This not making any better. The fireplace would not work again. So I called them and they said they would put in a work order but probably wouldn't come out that night to fix it. So we spent the weekend with no hut tube or fire place. Also the two main beds are as hard as a rock. So we ended up pushing the two single beds together and slept in much for a romantic weekend
