The stay at ElkSprings was worth it. No problem with any misleading advertising- the cabin was what I expected and beautiful. A couple minimal issues were addressed very timely.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beautiful Views And Great Location
This was a great property. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned and the drive to the cabin was not bad at all.
It was perfect size to give everyone a little space when we got back at night. The pool table and poker table were both used during our visit.

Great View, Clean And Comfortable Cabin
Great view, Clean and spacious cabin. However we had issues with Hot tub not working for the entire stay. Otherwise everything was good.
Beautiful Mountain Cabin!
We had a wonderful time in Sevierville. The cabin is in a wonderful location with beautiful views! The cabin was spotless and had a wonderful setup so everyone has their own bedroom and bath. The only thing we noticed was that the upstairs shower drain was slow and the main level bathroom sink drain was slow too. Otherwise, we loved the cabin and we loved the game room with the arcade and pool table.

The bubbles in my bathtub were very relaxing and as was the quiet wilderness I was surrounded by. I didn't see any bears and the view was ruined by the hurricane and torrential rain coming through but they should not detract that this was a green cabin and an experience everyone should try at least once
I got called by management to make sure I was okay as I was walking into the great bear general store and it made me feel special but this happened twice as the rains attacked my little head, they made sure everyone was aware of the storms and had everyone take precautions.
Getting to the cabin was scary because I got lost in the dark on a back mountain road with no lights and I thought I was going to be attacked by mountain men
