As a whole it had everything we needed to stay busy, very spacious. I loved every bit of the large rooms, double appliances in the kitchen made everything much easier to maneuver around. The game room and �� rooms the kids really enjoyed. Really didnt have to leave the cabin for anything. The scenery was amazing, we also seen alot more Bears this year than before.

To say the cabin is beautiful is an understatement. Very clean and very spacious. My family enjoyed all the room. With this cabin we did not feel cramped and overwhelmed. There is room inside and out for your entire family to have space. The video games came in handy when the weather was not cooperating. The location of the cabin is close to both the strip in Pigeon Forge and the strip in Gatlinburg, which gives you many options for attractions and activities to choose from. Our family does an annual trip to different locations and everyone agreed we have to come back to this cabin again in the future.

Stairway to Heaven was a wonderful rental for our extended family vacation. The cabin was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The kitchen with dual refrigerators and dishwashers was helpful as we at most meals in. The layout allowed us to spread out to visit, play pool, or enjoy the arcade. We received good communication prior to arriving so that we could anticipate items we needed from home.

Everything was as described. The cabin was clean upon arrival, and there were bath towels and starter set of paper towels as described.
The bedrooms are all King beds. We had 10 kids, ages 6-16, and they all enjoyed the pool table, video games, and hot tubs. Having 2 big refrigerators was really helpful, and I don’t see that in many cabins. The mountain view from the back porches was beautiful! And the management company was easily reachable before and during our stay for any questions I had. I would rent from this company again.
The only negative was the ovens seem to be old and the gaskets are frayed. So they didn’t necessarily stay as hot as they should have. I wouldn’t plan to cook a whole lot in the cabin.

We loved our short weekend with Bear Tract. The house was plenty of space for our group, very communal and cozy. Matthew was extremely communicative. We will be back with our family in the future.

We had a great time at the cabin. It was very roomy and everyone enjoyed the weekend. We were so excited to see the two bears canvassing the area for food the grandkids loved it. I would definitely stay here again. Thank You
