If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office. Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

End Of Year Vacation

Stonebrook Lodge was everything we expected and more. Great scenery and close to Gatlinburg, TN (6miles) to Pigeon Forge (10miles). The Support staff was very courteous and respectful always made it an ease if anything needed attention. Technicians were respectful as well and professional. I would highly recommend Elk Springs Resort for Cabin Rentals in Tri-City area.

Amazing Cabin

We had a great stay at the cabin. Its remote enough to be isolated and quiet, but close enough to town for easy access. It was decorated so cute for the holidays. We enjoyed th4 game room and thr hot tub.

The Place For Kids Of All Ages!!

LOOK NO FURTHER!! You won't find any better than this cabin. The grounds are gorgeous; nestled in the mountains and secluded, with your own private deck overlooking a waterfall, A fire pit, and a hot tub. A lower deck and a top deck allow you to sit and enjoy the solitude. Then you step inside. Words can't describe! The most minute detail was used in decorating the numerous bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms, right down to the cabinet handles. Kingsize beds in the 3 bedrooms, double beds on the four bunk beds. A large, open kitchen, dining, sitting area allows everyone to interact, whether cooking, eating or watching tv. 3 levels, with a game room, bunk room, and theatre room downstairs provide a place for kids of any age to enjoy. IF you plan on cooking? The kitchen has every single item you would need to prepare any kind of meal. And the cutest dishes ever! There was not one thing we lacked for, from plenty of pillows, blankets, games, several tv's, room for everyone to find a quite place. This cabin is truly one of a kind. It's a quick ride to Gatlinburg (maybe 15 - 20 minutes). A small shopping center is about 10 minutes away with a fabulous grocery store. And yes, a Dollar General is also close by. We truly could not find one thing we were not satisfied with. OH!!! And the cleaning was beyond great! Not one spec of dust, dirt, grime or anything could be found. Everything sparkled!! Everyone from 3 to 69 enjoyed every aspect of it. We can't wait for our next stay.

Welcoming And Accomodating

Such a beautiful well decorated cabin. All the amenities right at your finger tips. I felt like I was in a Relaxing Sanctuary. The only disappointing part is that I didn't see any Black Bears LOL(I love animals).
