Family Thanksgiving Getaway
We truly enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this Tennessee cabin. It was everything we expected and more. From the moment we walked in, the cabin felt clean, inviting, and perfectly prepared for our visit. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials—appliances, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and plenty of dish towels. The only small thing we noticed was the absence of small dishcloths for washing dishes, so we used the drying towel instead. Not a major issue at all, but worth mentioning as a suggestion for future guests.
The bathrooms were impressive, with plenty of clean, fluffy towels that felt much nicer than the thin ones you often find in hotels. We also appreciated the thoughtful little gift boxes in each bathroom, complete with soap, shampoo, and other toiletries. It was a welcoming touch that did not go unnoticed.
The only other comment we’d offer is regarding the living room furniture. The leather chair, sofa, and stools are quite worn and have clearly seen better days. Even so, we still found them comfortable enough and enjoyed relaxing there while spending time together. We even lit the fireplace, which made the space feel cozy and added to the overall experience.
Despite the minor suggestions, our trip was very enjoyable. The cabin was comfortable, functional, and well cared for. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and would definitely consider staying again in the future.
