Great location very easy to find, close to everything. Cabin was very clean, beds were very comfortable. View was nice the fall colors were spectacular.

A Quite Get Away
This cabin is a very nice semi secluded place that is super close to everything. It has nice views while sitting in the hot tub. Nice little fire pit in the back along with a grill. The only thing I can say anything about is the back door where you enter. It really needs to be fixed due to its hard to open and close. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.
Perfectly Peaceful
This cabin is warm, inviting, and perfectly situated just a short drive from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The access road is easy to travel, making the location even more convenient. The mountain view is beautiful, though one tree near the corner of the deck does slightly block part of the scenery when in full leaf. Trimming it would make the view absolutely breathtaking. Overall, this cabin offers a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return.
Bear Tracts Cabin, Serendipity
Cabin was very clean, exactly as pictured and so quiet and relaxing. We stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful time.

Cabin was just as described. We loved it. Very clean. We used the website to get free tickets to several places.
Serendipity
We just stayed at the Serendipity cabin and we really liked it. The beds are very comfortable and there are adequate supplies. There's a pool table and a gaming system that was nice. The doors are hard to open and close. The flood lights on the outside don't work very well so it's really dark out there at night, so we were paranoid about bears every time we had to go out at night. It rained and water came out the side of the gutter dripping on us as we came up the steps. The driveway is extremely steep, so be prepared for that. The cabin could have been cleaner, but all in all it was a nice cabin for the price. All of the issues we had with everything we notified BTC and they responded quickly. The hot tub was really clean and easy to get in and out of. What I liked the most was the proximity to the Parkway. I would definitely book again
