Relaxing Cabin

Its a beautiful cabin. Needs dusting from top to bottom. Was relaxing at night. Hard to relax during day with builders next door and playing loud music. Only problem I had was it was 35-45 minutes from pigeon forge and gatlinburg and I had to use GPS to get there and out of there to get to a main rd I knew. Had to leave early because with my husbands health he could not fully relax and Dr recommended we bring him home. was suppose to stay a week but only stayed 2 days.

Smaller Cabin Than Pictured

This cabin is nice and updated but it is smaller than pictured. Not much room to spread out as a family. We had 4 adults, 4 kids and a baby. It seemed like we were on top of each other constently. The pictures make it look so much bigger. The kitchen was nice but no storage for your own items. there were not enough trash bags provided the soap they provide was cheap soap, no shampoo. I have stayed in a motel 6 that provided better amenities. The pool was great, kids loved it also the hot tub was great. Be careful because the floors around pool and interior next to pool are very slippery our kids fell many times. The cabin was clean except for under one of the beds we found an empty soda can and crumbled up paper. Also no privacy in bathrooms, they have sliding barn doors that don't lock. If you are looking for a cabin with a view don't stay here, only trees to look at. Also cabins next to this cabin are under construction, it was very dangerous for our little ones to be outside. I would not stay in this cabin again.

Copper Creek

I notified of check in time of 3pm prior to date of arrival. Upon arrival I was notified cabin not ready. Had to wait approximately one hour to enter cabin. At $1,000.00 per day I technically lost 41.66 for this wait. Upon entry and use of cabin we noticed two to 3 issues with exterior doors operat improperly. Noticed hot tub jets not all functional and cabin nor nearly as clean as what you would expect for the price. They are building new cabins on both sides of this one which will create privacy issues once they are completed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good. Pool and game systems were good. In my opinion not worth the price.

Minnesota In Tennessee

Copper Creek Lodge is smaller than it appears online. It was fine for 6 people, anymore would be crowded. Pool and hot tub heaters were turned on shortly before we arrived, which meant we had to wait a day to use them. The downstairs is cold, it was difficult to enjoy because of this. I requested a shower chair before the trip, Elk Springs Resort would not accommodate my request.

Copper Creek Cabin

We recently returned from our stay at Elk Springs Resort and we are ready to return again! All through the process the resort staff was extremely helpful and very responsive. All I had to do was email or text and they were super quick to reply and help with any questions that I had. I give their customer service 5 stars!

The cabin was overall gorgeous. The shower and bath had features that you would only find in high end homes. The kitchen was fully stocked
and the cabin was in a great location. You felt secluded and private but 5 minutes in the car and you’re in downtown Glades shops, restaurants and sights and 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The kids LOVED playing in the indoor pool. Playing in the pool was almost a vacation unto itself!

A couple of things to consider if you plan on renting this cabin: The rustic doors and open floor plan means that sound really carries. Particularly if you have light sleepers that are using the bunk beds. The barn doors on the bunk bed loft provide very little sound barrier.

Also, the indoor pool is an AWESOME feature, but it smells moldy. If you’re sensitive to that smell, you will not enjoy. The pool area smelled mostly as did the outdoors when you were in the hot Tub or using the fireplace on the lower level deck - there is a very strong mold smell.

Lastly, both decks were kind of dirty. The lower level deck really could’ve used a good scrub. The top deck was as bad and I was able to wipe down the chair but the bottom deck between the dirt and the moldy smell was almost unusable.

Oh and lastly, one of the two arcade games was broken. And the one that did work the controller was a little off so it was hard to play.

Beautiful Cabin But Some Issues.

The cabin was nice but we encountered some issues. We were told check in would be 3 pm. They said if it would be later we would know by 2:30. Well 2:30 came and went and we didn't receive a text so we assumed it would be ready. We got there at 3:25 and still had to entry code and no cell service so we had no way to contact the resort! After a 10 hr drive we were basically locked out of our cabin. We had to drive 20 mins back to town with three exhausted kids and find a place with wifi. The code came through around 4:15 . They claimed they sent it at 3:31. Well by that time we were at the cabin and had no service-thats a half hour past the time they told us and-like I said we were told that of there was a delay we'd be notified by 2:30 and we were not. Extremely frustrating!! I also found used soap bars and wrappers in two of the showers, dirty socks under the couch and a kids water bottle from the previous stay. For $600+ per night I expected more
