This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway. No shows will forfeit any monies put down. After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Great little cabin!

We had an amazing time. We arrived on Wednesday and left on Sunday. It snowed hard Thursday and Friday, then melted by Saturday night so we had no problem getting out. The cabin was clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. I usually bring all my own stuff because you never know, but all I had to use were my scissors, dish soap, and extra toilet paper (there was only one partially used roll). They decorated the cabin with holiday decorations which was a very nice touch. The road is a bit difficult, it is very steep uphill, then very steep down to the cabin. I have a hybrid car, it had a bit of difficulty when it was loaded down with our stuff, it was fine though when we went out while it was empty. There are several large potholes that you have to be careful of if you have a small car.

The Cabin was beautiful, clean the only thing is the driveway. Would recommend, location was good close to everything.

Excellent

Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed in it. It was very secluded in the woods, and not in sight of other cabins which was amazing. Was about 15 minutes to the heart of pigeon forge and 30 mins to Gatlinburg. The only thing that we did not like was the steep one car driveway up with curves, And then after going up, it goes straight down to the cabin.
